Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders for delivery within the European Union. Placing an order constitutes your acceptance thereof. Dispatch of the products by us constitutes acceptance of the order by us and the commencement of our contract to supply. Your contract for supply is with Fontana Seeds. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms.
Our Commitment
Fontana Seeds is committed to supplying high quality seeds to recreational gardeners and households for personal use and not for resale. In accordance with the established custom of the trade, Fontana Seeds will in no case be liable for more than the actual amount paid for a particular item.
Fontana Seeds gives no warranty, express or implied, as to description, productiveness or any other matter of any seeds or bulbs it sells and will not be responsible for the crop. We do not guarantee germination or a successful crop. We cannot guarantee this as there are too many variables beyond our control in order to do so (i.e., soil preparation, sowing, planting, fertilization, weed & pest control, adequate irrigation and/or drainage, chill hours, compatibility with your growing zone, proper choice of pollinator, etc).
Availability
We will endeavor only to offer products which we expect to have in stock and available for ordering, but all items are subject to availability. Varieties that become unavailable will not be selectable on our website. Should a specific variety not be available at the time of dispatch, or if items are of unsuitable quality to send, we will issue a full refund on this item. You may also choose for us to supply a variety of similar colour and habit, and of an equal or greater value or send the item when available.
Delivery
Our seed orders are shipped 1-3 working days of receipt of order.
Delivery is by regular mail and usually takes between 5-15 business days.
Delivery Charges
We only charge a €3.75 flat rate fee for all EU countries. Regardless of the size of the order.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after receipt. If you wish to cancel an order please contact our Customer Care department within 14 working days after receipt. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us, promptly, at your cost. Package must not be opened.
Payment and Vouchers
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX credit/debit cards and PayPal. Upon request by email, we also accept bank transfers. We do not accept payments by cheque. Refunds are only payable to the purchaser of the goods.
Prices
Prices reflect the latest prices for all products. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time. All prices include VAT, if applicable.
If, in error, a product(s) has been priced inaccurately, either at unit level or through the activation of a promotion, we will not be liable to supply that item(s) to you at the inaccurate price. In such circumstances, we will notify you of the correct price and ask you to confirm or decline your order for the item(s) in question.
Endangered Species / Genetic Modification
We will not knowingly offer for sale endangered species harvested from the wild or any genetically modified products.
New and Exclusive
Where an item is defined as 'New' it is new to our range. Where an item is defined as 'Exclusive' it means that this item is believed to only be available in this form from Fontana Seeds.

All rights, including copyright, in the content of our catalogues and web pages are owned or controlled by us. In accessing our web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store (in any medium) transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of our web pages for any other purpose without our prior written permission.
Third Party Information
We cannot be held responsible for material displayed on third party websites or any other written material. The only prices that apply for our products are those stated within our catalogues and website. We will not be bound to prices quoted by shopping directories or other media.
