PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Fennel 'Géant Mammouth Perfection' produces a large, round, succulent bulb with a sweet and mild anise flavor. Bulbs are smooth, pure white or green-white bulbs and leaves are feathery.
Fennel is excellent shredded raw in salads, cooked, fried or braised (especially with fish).
The leaves are also edible and can be used to season meals.

Growing Fennel from Seeds
Sow in April and plant out in May. Or start indoors in early spring, transplant May-June. For fall bulbs, start late spring.
Adequate spacing to 30cm apart is critical. Fennel prefers rich well-drained slightly limey soil and the plant needs good irrigation for optimal growth. Maintain consistent soil moisture for best bulbs.
